Non Smart Parent Drivers at School

I really couldn't think of anything to write about when we were first assigned to do a practice blog, but as I drove to pick up my brother from school it hit me, literally (almost). Since I had been in High School I had not had the "privilege" of driving to elementary and middle schools to pick up my brother. School parking lots are one of the few things I despise. I know despise is a strong word, but I really do despise them. They are fully of some non smart drivers who feel the need to sit in the middle of the driving lane, fail to yield to kids trying to cross the parking lot to get to their cars, or they fail to follow the sign clearly posted that says "ONE WAY". To me this is one of the most frustrating things because when a smart driver tries to navigate through the non smart drivers they look like chicken with their heads cut off because they have to bob and weave through the maze. I realize that I"m coming off a little strong, but it frustrates me when people who have driven for 20+ years at least are not as smart of a driver as those who haven't driven for 20+ years. There are not just non smart drivers in the school parking lots they are everywhere. There are the people who don't use their turn signals, go way under the speed limit, won't let you over even if you use your turn signal, cut you off, act like they don't care what the traffic signs or signals say.....the list goes on and on. I'm not just the only one who feels the same way, there are many others who have the same pet peeves while driving.
